The Rival Hotel is open in Stockholm!
The
Rival is a boutique hotel with it's own cinema located
in the heart of Stockholm, Södermalm. The hotel is shaped
by the vision of its owner — Benny Andersson — who
wanted to recapture the glamour of the hotel from
when it original opened as the Aston
hotel in the 1930s. In addition to The Rival Theatre there
are bars, a bistro, a cafe and a bakery... In short,
it’s
an ideal meeting place on the city’s most beautiful square,
Mariatorget. An exciting choice for business travellers
and tourists visiting
Stockholm.

99 guestrooms — all
individually designed
Our goal has been a happy mix of design and
function. At the Rival
Hotel, we have no special
business rooms or rooms aimed at women travelers.
We believe that men and
women appreciate the
same things: function, beauty,
and a few surprises.
Should you need to work,
the technology in our
rooms will meet your highest expectations. Or
you could just choose
to relax and enjoy the
Egyptian cotton sheets,
a great CD, or the sound
of birdsong from Mariatorget.
We call it “UnRivalled Choice”. Read
